Course Overview

This advanced professional training is designed for posture educators, movement professionals, and therapists seeking deeper skills in alignment, breath mechanics, and nervous system regulation using the FitAlign® and YogAlign® methodologies.  Course is limited to 10 students and people who have completed a basic FitAlign or YogAlign instructor certification course.

Course tuition is 975 CHF, which includes:

  • A new  264 full color Teacher Instructor Manual

  • A 2-hour streaming video with the latest information and exercises for posture educators using YogAlign® and FitAlign® techniques

Course Objectives

Participants will learn to:

  • Educate clients and the public on pandiculation vs. traditional stretching

  • Refine and evolve posture-reading skills

  • Apply YogAlign® / FitAlign® techniques for PTSD and trauma release

  • Understand the advanced anatomy of breathing and evaluate breath patterns

  • Work safely and effectively with neurodegenerative conditions, including MS and Parkinson’s disease

  • Address dementia and postural decline when instructing elderly populations

Advanced Techniques & Applications

  • Functional movement patterns

  • Perception, mobility, and balance training

  • Strengthening neural pathways for improved posture and proprioception

  • Functional adaptations of traditional yoga poses and popular fitness exercises

  • Global unwinding of chronic pain patterns throughout the body

Injury Prevention & Special Populations

Learn how to use YogAlign® / FitAlign® techniques to support individuals experiencing:

  • Sciatica

  • Plantar fasciitis

  • Hip impingements

  • SI joint dysfunction

  • Rotator cuff injuries

Hypermobility will also be addressed, including testing and evaluation (affecting approximately 20% of the population).

Location & Travel

The course takes place near beautiful St. Gallen, in northeastern Switzerland.
