In these workshops you will learn revolutionary techniques to keep you aligned and pain free for life.

These workshops will teach you to:

  • Do breathing techniques that tone the core and increase strength and agility
  • Master simple exercises that will alleviate back pain and tone your whole body
  • Use self-massage to stimulate blood flow, nourish tissues and increase body awareness
  • Free your fascia – a major determinant of posture, movement and emotions
  • Relax and tone the muscles of the face for a natural ‘lift’ without drugs or surgery
  • Strengthen your butt to move, look and feel better
  • Alleviate chronic pain, depression, headaches, digestion issues, TMJ, and plantar fasciitis
  • Practice safe yoga poses and fitness exercises with healthy body biomechanics
  • Align your spine and keep joints stable for injury free yoga, sports and recreation
  • Develop better body awareness with anatomy-focused education and movement

Michaelle is presenting again this spring at Kripalu Institute in the beautiful Berkshires in Western Massachusetts. Kripalu is the largest holistic learning center in North America and has been offering yoga and wellness education for decades.

This is a residential retreat/workshop suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Four nights accommodations with world class natural foods, fresh water swimming lake, miles of hiking trails, and your opportunity to work with Michaelle in person to align and become pain-free. Private rooms with baths, or dorm style rooms are available.
