DESCRIPTION:Come to beautiful Kauai Hawaii and study posture realignment with YogAlign/FitAlign Posture Training creator Michaelle Edwards at her home studio located near the town of Hanalei. This ten day YogAlign/FitAlign Posture Educator course runs from January 18 -29\, 2027.  The course runs over a 14 day period so there are two weekends of free time. Sign up now as this certification is limited to 16 people and has sold out in the past.  \n Course is $2700 with a $200 discount to $2500 if paid in full by January 1\, 2027.   \n Please call Michaelle for more details. 808-652-3823 \nThis training will get you set up with a whole new career as a posture educator.  YES in just 10 days you can become a FitAlign Certified Posture Trainer or YogAlign teacher.  Being a posture educator is one of the best jobs on the planet!  You can acquire the skills to help others be aligned and pain-free. You are free to teach the methods as a YogAlign or FitAlign teacher. The concepts are universal and can be applied to yoga\, fitness\, bodywork\, or somatic education. Course is limited to just 16 students. Students will spend two weeks in Kauai going to class 5 days each week with the weekend of January  23 and 24 designated as free time. The course does not include meals or housing. \nDeluxe Shared Student Housing is available at Villas at Kamalii in Princeville. Two deluxe townhomes have been reserved for a total of 14 nights from Sunday January 17 ( checking out on Sunday January 30\, 2027)  Unit  # 31 can be viewed here at https://www.parrishkauai.com/vrp/unit/Villas_of_Kamalii_at_Princeville_31-63-15 \nEach unit has two master suites and one smaller bedroom but all have private bathrooms. The townhomes are fully stocked with a large kitchen\, linens\, beach towels etc. This is a gated townhome with private salt water pool\, jacuzzi and spa. The location is very close to Princeville beaches\, shopping\, banks etc. The cost for the private master suites is $1850 total  including all taxes and cleaning and the smaller suite is $1350 for the entire 14 night stay. You must pay for all 14 nights. Rooms can also be shared if all rooms are booked. \nIt is recommended to rent a car to get around Kauai and students usually share rental cars. Each participant will receive a copy of Michaelle’s Ebook Breathe Your way to Better Posture and a Pain-free Life. This is a manual on how to do the breath based posture exercises and includes 270 color pages.  Cost of the workshop is $150 per person and must be paid in advance to confirm registration. All ages and fitness levels welcome to attend. \nWHY THIS WORKSHOP IS IMPORTANT \nPostural alignment matters more than most people realize. It influences mood\, joint longevity\, energy levels\, digestion\, elimination\, and chronic pain. When the body is aligned and breathing well\, circulation improves and the nervous system functions more efficiently. \nA growing body of research suggests that several neurodegenerative diseases—such as MS\, Parkinson’s disease\, Alzheimer’s disease\, and other dementias—may be associated with impaired cerebral circulation and dysfunction of the glymphatic and lymphatic systems. These systems help deliver nutrients to the brain and clear metabolic waste. Modern lifestyle factors\, including chronic poor posture\, may contribute to reduced circulation and inefficient fluid drainage in the brain. The build up of waste or plaque is the root of these diseases. When you have forward head posture and weak breathing muscles\, the glymph cannot drain properly.  \nMy goal is to give people practical tools to strengthen and align their bodies from the inside out. When people learn these skills\, they spend more time enjoying life and less time paying for temporary fixes that only act as band-aids.
